Back in the glory days of CDs, a young boy was handed one particular one to pop into a Discman and listen to on a skiing holiday. That CD was 2001’s “The Best Air Guitar Album In The World … Ever”, a double disk extravaganza featuring every classic riff and solo you could imagine. That little CD sent me down the path of getting my first guitar and then somehow getting to make music everyday twenty years later. It also sent me on a quest to always find those keeping that flame alive.
This playlist a homage to them, a collection of what the next wave of musicians are making to get you to whip out your Air Guitar, Air Drums, Air Sax, Air whatever you like.
